Programmability, Repeatability, and Automation

The programmability and automation of the abrasive cut off saw line really sets ATM apart from the field. Programming is easy and intuitive using the color touch screen control panel. Repeatable results are acheived through programs that are saved and can be password protected.

With the Brillant 250.3 wet abrasive cut off saw you can move beyond simple serial cutting and into multi-part positioning (MPP), where you affix multiple parts on the table and program multiple cuts for a long automated cutting session.

Fully Automatic Cutting

Our abrasive cut off saw is highly programmable allowing you to perform precision, complex cutting sequences for automated sectioning in the metallographic laboratory or on the production floor.

Reduce your re-clamping time by performing multiple cuts on a single part, or multiple cuts on multiple parts in one cutting session. Each cut can be programmed differently than the other. With 5.5" of crossfeed travel, and 10" of front/back travel, you get a large working area.

To process large batch runs, just clamp multiple parts within the working area and create a program. To maximize throughput we recommend a custom clamping solution, which we can assist with, or create your own utilizing the 12mm standard T-slot table.

Precision

All abrasive cut off saws manufactured by ATM are designed to give you the ultimate in precision.

On the Brillant 250.3, you can slow the table/wheel feed rate down to 0.1 mm/sec, or crank it up to the maximum 40 mm/sec.

The crossfeed table travel offers precision to 0.1 mm, controlled either electronically by the joystick or manually by a wheel on the front of the machine.

Automatic Cutting Modes

Heavy Duty Construction

All abrasive cut off saws manufactured by ATM are made with the highest quality components.

The exterior bodies are made of thick, powder coated aluminum.

Cutting tables are made of stainless steel, as are the unique sliding hood doors.

With normal maintenance and care, ATM's abrasive cut off saws are built to last and will prove to be a worthy investment for any company.

Safety is Top of Mind

All abrasive cut off saws manufactured by ATM are closed systems with safety glass.

All models will not begin operation until the doors are closed and all models have an emergency stop button.

The Managers Key feature requires two handed joystick operation while the sliding door is open.
