| A wide variety of Cold Mounting materials covering an
array of hardnesses, cure rates, shrinkage rates and colors are offered by Mager
Scientific, Inc. Epoxy, Acrylic, Polyurethane and Polyester are useful when encapsulating
prior to sectioning and when the specimen material will not tolerate high temperatures and
pressures. Cold Mounting products are also useful when the material being potted is porous
or has small crevices. |

| Compression Mounting |
| Mager Scientific, Inc. supplies Compression Molding
powders with a variety of filler materials. The range of colors and hardnesses provided by
Phenolic, Epoxy, Lucite and Diallyl Phthalate powders facilitate sample encapsulation and
identification. Compression Mounting products are available in 5, 25 and 50 pound
containers. Larger quantities are available. |
